High-Protein Cottage Cheese Bagels

High-Protein Cottage Cheese Bagels
Ingredients
150 g (1 cups) Self-raising flour
215 g (1 cups) Full fat cottage cheese
1 Egg - whisked
Toppings - sesame seeds / poppy seeds
Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor.
Add flour and the blended cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and combine
Use your hands to bring the dough together more and form into a ball.
Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the dough into four and roll into balls. Poke a hole in the ball and carefully stretch our to make the bagel shape.
Brush with 1 egg and sprinkle over seeds.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden, allow to cool before cutting.
